Welcome to the RPages.Net FAQ!! If you have any questions that are NOT on this list, please click here and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Otherwise, read down below for any questions that you may have :)

1. Are MP3's allowed on my site?
This depends. If you have an MP3 that was made by yourself, and you own it, feel free to put it up. However, if you have an MP3 that does not belong to you, was not made by you, and you do NOT have the permission of the author, then that is not allowed. The use of unauthorized MP3's WILL cause your account to be deactivated.

2. Can I upload my own cgi-scripts?
No, you can't. You will, however, have the use of RPages.Net cgi scripts. You can see the ones we have available here. If one that you want is not there, you can always request it, and we will consider putting it up for you, and for other RPages.net account users use.

3. Why does the cgi-script form have to go to an @rpages.net account?
The reason we have done this is because we had someone use our form to send out spam to many people, and we need to stop that from happening again. We have added a few extra features to our formmail script in order to tighten the security on it, and this happens to be one of them. So please do take note that you MUST have any formmails that you put up going to an @rpages.net email account.

4. Can I just have a forwarder @rpages.net email account?
Of course! :) On the sign up form, just let me know that is what you want, and not a full pop mailbox. That way your forms should work fine, and you can get your formmail at the email address you prefer :)

5. Do I have to use ftp in order to upload/download pages and graphics?
Yes, I'm afraid that is the only way to upload and download information to your webpage. If you don't know how to use ftp, please don't sign up for an account until you do know how, thanks!!
